Lexi is a 22 year old Entrepreneur who has always had a passion for health and fitness.

After graduating college, and completing the NASM CPT & CNC programs, she knew she wanted to create a company that helped people become strong. Thus, SO STONG COACHING was created.
SO STONG aims to not only help you become strong physically, through fitness and nutrition coaching, but also to your mindset through her podcast: THE SO STRONG POD - where she provides guidance based on her experiences as well as facts to help you become strong mentally and physically.
